Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and all information is collected solely by LetsFurnish and no third parties. We do not disclose buyers information to any third parties or store any information for purposes outside the ordering and sales process. We do not collect any personal information from users other than information that is knowingly and voluntarily given during the ordering process or via any email correspondence with us and we do not send unsolicited e-mails.
Complaints Resolution
We take our customer service very seriously and any complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days when we will also advise on a likely timescale for resolving the dispute. We will handle all complaints fairly, in confidence, and will keep you informed on the progress.
Delivery Schedule
We will do our best to deliver when we say we will. In the event of delayed orders, you will be promptly notified.
Liability
Although we take the utmost care when carrying out our work, any jobs which involve touching the fabric of the building such as hanging pictures or putting up curtain rods are at the clients own risk. We do not accept responsibility for any structural defects arising from this type of work.
Cancellation / Returns Policy
Any cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the delivery date, and will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid. Due to the nature of our service, returns can not be authorised unless the product is faulty - in which case we will remove the faulty item and replace it.
We accept credit/debit card payment, cheques and Paypal. All credit card details are encrypted over a secure connection and are not stored on our system.
